Meet the Doctor

Dr. Campbell

Dr. Christa E. Campbell is a Wellness Mentor, Community-Health Speaker and seasoned “Nervous System Coach”.

Prior to entering Chiropractic College, Dr. Campbell obtained an Honours degree in Biochemistry and Biology.  She then became a chiropractic patient herself.  After discovering just how much it had changed her back and her health, Dr. Campbell decided to become a chiropractor.

Soon after becoming a board-certified chiropractic physician, she pursued advanced studies in functional medicine.  This enabled her to effectively incorporate her knowledge of biochemistry with chiropractic and her natural healing treatment protocols.

Now, with hundreds of hours of advanced training, years of clinical experience, combined with sophisticated analysis and treatment techniques, Dr. Campbell is able to help people with a wide range of spinal abnormalities that impede natural healthy living.

Dr. Campbell wants everyone to know that
when the natural flow of nerve impulses to parts of the body become blocked or are interfered with, serious and debilitating illness and health disorder can result. Chiropractic care removes this interference and restores normal nerve flow with gentle spinal adjustments.

Dr. Campbell has treated thousands of busy executives and their families at her private practice in Fairfield County, CT.  She has helped them not only to get out of pain, but to also finally get healthy naturally so that they can look and feel their best.  She has been thanked by hundreds of patients who have either avoided surgery or reduced or eliminated their need for medication.

Proper nutrition, good sleep habits, and regular exercise are all important parts of a healthy lifestyle.  But, they are not a substitute for regular spinal check-ups.  Like re-setting an over-loaded circuit breaker, spinal adjustments reset your nervous system.

Dr. Campbell understands that most people have good intentions when it comes to “staying healthy”.  They try to follow a decent diet, exercise regularly, and go for regular dental check-ups.  However, with all of the misleading information in the media today, people are either over-whelmed or simply mis-informed.  Most importantly, they have never been taught that the ultimate key to good health is to practice good “spinal hygiene”.  Remember, the nervous system is the “master-controller” of your body.  An overly stressed nervous system means that a person will not function optimally.  Dr. Campbell can personally relate to many of her patients, whom she would affectionately describe as “vitamin-taking, exercise-enthusiasts, organic apple-eating, over-achievers”.  However, without chiropractic added to their wellness regime, they would struggle to remain pain-free, energetic, motivated and healthy.  Dr. Campbell offers a unique blend of gentle-chiropractic, advanced soft-tissue therapy and highly researched functional medicine protocols to help her patients not only achieve, but often surpass, their individual health and wellness goals.
